When it comes to Real Estate transactions (and I have done a few) I have to commend my good friend Mikhail Story for his incredible awareness of all angles relating to a successful sale/purchase.
It is an extreme joy when Mikhail handles my deals, as I really have to do "NOTHING" and worry even less about the details.
He is sharp as a tack, does not waste time and I have 100% confidence in him and his team.
He usually has a deal done and inked with ease before I can even wrap my head around my decisions at times. LOL
Its fantastic !!!!...... and Mikhail is just a great character as well, his positive outlook is simply a breath of fresh air.
I can call him anytime with dumb or brilliant ideas and he always has the answer(s).
Buying or selling a home should be one thing, and one thing only "EXCITING"...... some guys don't get that and really stress you and your family out when making a move. I believe this a result of a lack of confidence and experience, the market is flooding everyday with new "GREEN" real estate agents, they will get better, but I have no time for that.
Mikhail has this down pat and you will never have a better experience.
